Because each item is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If We Made a Mistake

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at support@gildedgritty.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is determined to be the result of a production or fulfillment error, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product before discarding any materials and contact us as soon as possible.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days across the USA. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.
